We sell professional programming consulting through scoped projects and advisory sessions. This policy applies when fees have been invoiced and paid.
Eligibility
Refunds are considered when we cannot commence agreed work due to our cancellation, when mutually agreed scope is materially not delivered, or when statutory consumer rights apply. Custom software and migration work already performed is generally non-refundable.
Timeframe to request
Contact us within 14 calendar days of the invoice date for prepaid advisory blocks that have not started. For project milestones, raise concerns within 7 calendar days of deliverable acceptance or the scheduled milestone review.

Partial refunds
If work pauses by mutual agreement, unused prepaid hours or milestone portions may be credited or refunded minus documented costs already incurred (subcontractors, committed cloud spend on your accounts, or non-recoverable travel if pre-approved).
Non-refundable items
Completed advisory sessions, delivered documentation, merged code, and third-party pass-through costs are not refundable. Deposits securing calendar capacity may be non-refundable if you cancel within 5 business days of a scheduled start without rescheduling.

Process
Email info@novapath-node.digital with invoice reference, dates, and reason. We respond within 10 business days with a decision or information request.
Method and timing
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible within 14 business days of approval.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Advisory sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may forfeit the session fee.
No-shows
If you miss a confirmed session without notice, the session may be charged in full.
Work already started
Once migration code or runbooks are delivered to your repositories under a milestone, that milestone is deemed earned unless a written defect remediation period applies in your statement of work.
Exceptions
Force majeure, regulatory blocks, or your failure to provide agreed access may pause work without refund until access is restored.
