Project engagements
We deliver cloud application migration work as time-bounded projects with written deliverables: dependency maps, target runtime designs, migration runbooks, and pull requests against your repositories. Typical streams include replatforming services to containers or managed runtimes, building adapter layers around legacy databases, and implementing traffic-shift mechanics (feature flags, shadow reads, dual-write guards).
Each project opens with a short discovery phase to confirm constraints—compliance rules, on-call expectations, and which environments we may touch. We do not publish fixed prices on this site; statements of work define fees after scope is understood.
Advisory sessions
Advisory blocks suit leadership and lead engineers who need a second opinion on architecture choices: monolith decomposition order, event-driven versus batch sync, or how to phase IAM changes without freezing releases. Sessions are billed as agreed in advance and documented with action notes you can share internally.
What we do not provide
We are not a managed hosting provider, a staff-augmentation body shop, or a license reseller. Infrastructure provisioning may be guided, but your team—or your chosen MSP—owns cloud accounts and base networking.
